52at52 km/week

Season two · Starts on Nov 7, 2026

52 kilometers.
Every week.
Any way I can.

The first 52@52 was one half marathon per week for a year. That's done. Season two keeps the number and changes the rules: at least 52 credited km each week. Running counts in full; cycling counts at half distance. Run, ride, or mix both across as many activities and days as I want.

The rules

  1. 52credited km minimum per week, Saturday to Friday.
  2. 2:12 km cycling = 1 credited km. Running counts in full. A cycling-only week needs 104 km.
  3. ∞No limit on activities. One long ride or seven short runs — it's the total that matters.
  4. 52weeks, starting on Nov 7, 2026. A missed week stays missed. No carrying kilometers forward.

Run km + (ride km ÷ 2) ≥ 52

For example: 26 km running + 52 km cycling = 52 credited km. Actual distance: 78 km.
